This support group offers a calm and understanding space where you can share your experiences, express your thoughts freely, and feel heard without judgment. It’s a place to connect with others who may be feeling similarly — where you’ll find both comfort and strength in knowing you’re not alone.
Session will be facilitated by Dr. Prakriti Pradhan and Dr. Yojana Shakya, who will gently guide conversations to help participants explore coping tools, emotional regulation techniques, and ways to ground themselves during uncertain times.
Together, we will work on building resilience, restoring balance, and nurturing a sense of stability and hope — even when the world outside feels unpredictable.
